APsome treasuryAP Reportinginvoice reconciliation- i would gather invoices from various depots which all used various systems and arrange the data to.import into the head office oricle syatem. on a weekly aver asgez i would be converting and importing 20+ journals into the system consisting of over 5,000 seperate invoices which i would then help match to order forms.by the end of my time at Bibby, i had created a spreadsheer which would convert the data we recieved into the correct format for oracle by using SQL and macros. this was creqted jointly by me and my manager, Richard Waring
