Responsible of creating, implementing and executing programes for the network of independent commissioning agents in the Southern Region of the Country (5k commissioning agents in 40+ branches) Link between the Director of Operations in Mexico South and the network of agents to reinforce the strategy and changes in the business. Assuring the implementation.

Work closely with the Sales and service director to assure the right implementation and execution of the regional strategy together with HR Senior Business Partner. Reporting directly to S&S Director-Design and execute, together with HR strategies and plans to improve engagement levels, decrease turnover, improve stability of people and recognize.

Coordinate and organize the logistic of regional events and business meetings- Branch opening events- Car delivery events (Incentive events for staff)- Christmas PartiesLogistic and coordination of Incentive trips for best performances (2,500+ people, 5+ events per year)Assure the execution of local communication campaigns throughout Mexico South region.

Provide service and support to our internal customers in the company to implement internal communicaton strategies aligned to the customer needs through the administration of the resources, processes and communication channels that impact positevely and increase the engagement of the company.- Full translation support to S&S Director- Support in.
