I have been a commercial litigator for nearly twenty-five years and am currently a partner at Epstein Becker & Green P.C. in New York City. I previously worked as both a partner at global Am Law 100 firms as well as a litigation boutique and started my career as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the Southern District of New York. I also functioned as a special trial counsel to the City of New York where I successfully tried several jury cases to verdict. I have extensive experience litigating complex cases such as those involving claims under the securities and antitrust laws, breaches of fiduciary duties, misappropriation of trade secrets/breaches of restrictive covenants claims, lender liability allegations, intellectual property disputes, real estate cases and consumer class actions. At the same time, I have handled a wide range of contract and tort based actions in both federal and state court as well as before arbitration panels. I have successfully tried jury cases, taken and defended hundreds of depositions, drafted numerous dispositive motions and brought appeals before federal and state appellate courts.
