With 15 years in the IT industry, I've dedicated myself to enhancing and supporting IT systems of SMEs. My journey has been marked by a hands-on approach to managing critical infrastructure components such as Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and cloud solutions such as Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint.As an experienced systems administrator, I've efficiently managed anti-virus software, including Eset Security, and provided multi-level support ranging from second to third line, reflecting a deep commitment to resolving complex technical challenges.I've contributed to diverse projects, such as cloud email migrations and antivirus software transitions. My role involves effective liaison with third-party IT service providers on specialized projects. Additionally, my hands-on experience with networking components including HPE switches, Endian, and FortiGate firewalls has broadened my experience in both infrastructure management and security.
