I am strong team player who thinks critically and analytically about how to do things more creatively & efficiently within any organisation. A dynamic communicator who’s skill set ranges from public speaking, leadership and public relations. I have worked/volunteered in many different organisations in my short career span. I have experience in sales through working in many different avenues of retail where the goal is to drive sales and meet the targets that were set by management.I currently lead a team of staff as we prioritise introducing disadvantaged young people to services that will help them not partake in anti-social behaviour by holding community events, providing counselling and a safe space for them to attend too and be themselves. I have experience working remotely and using Google doc & sheets, collecting data to provide valuable information to highlight if goals are being met within the organisation.I am passionate about leadership, people, good customer service and consistently improving as individual, hence why I have done many courses/training in different avenues such as Project Management, Social Studies, Theology, Data Analytics, Business Studies and many more.I am a person who enjoys working as part of a team and collaborating with others to provide the best product possible for the consumer.
