As a member of the ACID team, I leveraged generative AI and traditional software development methods to facilitate all aspects of incident communications. We built tools to quickly communicate sensitive user information in government mandated timeframes. We also bring language models to the security space, allowing security experts to safely leverage AI to boost their own productivity. The tools and features I created streamlined our processes and enabled ACID to manage dozens of incidents and communicate with tens of millions of users annually.
