Manage financial aspects related to fixed assets, budget, forecast, journal entries, cost allocation, activity based costing (ABC) and real estate projects of $182 million as well as firm depreciated charges for all headquarter facilities. •Managed fixed asset classification and financially reported on $256 million project related to new company data center to ensure integrity of financial reporting.•Managed six sigma projects resulting in improved processes and cost savings resulting in savings and revenue of $1.5 million.•Managed department compensation schedules and annual bonus awards enabling fair and equitable distribution of funds.•Enhanced project reporting tools used to track specific real estate related projects.•Developed cost metrics for all client statements, confirms, and correspondence; development of cost benefit analysis for various equipment purchases necessary for production requirements. •Performed time motion studies to develop detailed unit cost metrics, which established consistent level of service and standards.
