General Manager of cattle farms (São Marcelo Farms) in the state of Mato Grosso and for the Fruit Trading unit (Bravis) reporting to the CEO.- I participated in the company's sales process in search of new shareholders, building the business plan with the support of specialized consultants, participating in roadshows with various players and potential investors in the market. This made it possible to sell all businesses at the end of 4 years in line with shareholders' expectations.- I participated in the creation of an innovative and sustainable project in the cattle Business, creating a link between several players in the sector (Financial, Market and Producer) to improve the average profitability of the grower per hectare, as well as assist in the monitoring and preservation of the environmental reserve.- We introduced the agriculture and cattle integration project at Fazenda São Marcelo and also help to accelerate the genetic improvement program with the aim of increasing productivity, always with a focus on producing more kilos of meat per hectare.- Orchestrated the growth of the trading company, which, through transparency and long-lasting partnerships with fruit producers, tripled sales in 3 years. As well, through strategic commercial planning, we expanded the network to 194 customers in Brazil and 46 customers in Export, most of the clients are supermarket chain- Led the project to open a fruit distribution center in Europe, to seek greater cost optimization and better service to the final customer. This action brought greater presence in the market and greater access to customers.

Responsible for fruit export in the North American market- Responsible for the sales strategy in the United States and Canada market- Monitoring of fruit receipt, storage and distribution until arrival at the final client- Opening of new customers in the United States market

- Analysis of costs and performance indicators of the area - Logistics planning for export, import and ethanol cabotage - Operational management of product shipment / receipt at Brazilian ports - Daily interface with the areas of trading, supplies and transport.

- Logistics planning at the tactical level- Contracting of logistical resources in all links of the chain (inputs, raw material, by-products and final product) - Development of inbound and outbound logistics projects - Monitoring of costs - fixed and variable - and logistics indicators.

- Supervision of port operations at the Votorantim Agroindustrial terminal (team of 12 people)- Monthly monitoring of "Supply Chain" costs - Representation of Citrovita in the maritime freight (BID) negotiations of the Votorantim Group.
