Responsible for the advancement of a portfolio of greenfield exploration projects in the Irish Midlands. Main duties included:- Preparation and presenting on annual project and drill program proposals- Preparation and execution of field and drilling campaigns- Supervision of drill sites ensuring safe production and minimal downtime. Intimate experience of Krux Analytics software- Advancement of the portfolios regional 3D geological model using Leapfrog Geo, including reviewing and updating target scale geologic models during drill campaigns- Logging, geochemical and geophysical sampling and QAQC of diamond drill core- Ability to compile license reports for internal management and external governing bodiesSecondment with Teck in Eastern Türkiye (Sep - Dec 2023): Supervised drilling operations and core yard activities. Took a proactive role in disseminating daily technical drilling reports to supervisors and the team, led daily safety discussions, and enhanced knowledge of volcanic-hosted systems through core logging and field mapping.

Responsible for the supervision of drill sites and conducting detailed core logging and sampling. Main roles in the position included:- Handling of drill core from site to core shed. Ensuring a high standard of QAQC, logging, interpretation, sample collection throughout the process - Observation and integration of historic and modern geologic data to the project to advance targets from target generation to initial drill testing in a variety of geological software (ArcGIS Pro, Leapfrog Geo, IoGAS, Geosoft Target) - Supervision and safety inspections of drill sites ensuring safe production at all times- Efficient collection of soil geochemistry and geophysical gravity samples on field campaigns- Reporting tenure licenses to internal management and governing bodies- Compilation of data packages containing both historic and modern data sets with the intention of presenting the data for potential farm-out / joint-venture agreements
