Mr. Eke has a vast range of audit experience, highlighted by over 20 years spent focused on the federal sector. He has experience on a variety of large /complex federal advisory and consulting engagements. His responsibilities have included the engagement and administration of all services including financial statement audit, compilation, supervision of all staff, on-going consultation with US Departments and their respective Offices of Inspector General on accounting and related issues, overall project management, contract administration, and final report review. His specific experience with federal governmental entities includes: CFO Act audits, auditability assessments, internal control assessments, performance auditing, FFMIA, FMFIA reviews (A-123 and A-127), compliance and financial audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, developing accounting systems and internal controls. In terms of additional federal and governmental audit experience, Mr. Eke has performed financial and compliance audits, grant audits, contract audits, program results reviews, and other similar audits for not-for-profit organizations, the federal government, state governments, local governments, commercial and quasi-governmental organizations. Mr. Eke is knowledgeable about the CFO Act, FMFIA, OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-128, and A-133, etc., as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Government Auditing Standards (GAS).
