• Lead Engineer, Managing all aspects of 1st Fix, 2nd Fix and Commissioning.

• Diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, test and operation of all aspects of audio visual Equipment.
• Drawings these include, Room layouts, wiring diagrams, rack drawings.
• Emailing clients and talking to them on the phone to solve problems with their system.

Hatfield

• Assessing Computers and laptops for repair.
• Estimating Repair costs for units that are out of warranty.
• Installing replacement parts.
• Configuring / testing all repaired units.
• Cleaning and blowing units out.
• Packing units up and sending them out.

Letchworth

• Assisting AV engineer with general jobs.
• Fitting TV and speaker brackets on walls.
• Fitting TV’s and speakers to the brackets and connecting them to the relevant equipment.
• Running cables in walls, above ceilings.
• Soldering and Terminating cables.
• Fitting/Wiring wall boxes and floor boxes.
