Built relationships with Senior Lead Officer of LAPD in case of radical homeless/potential criminal activity in the vicinity of business. Coordinated with neighboring businesses and LAPD to enact a clean-up of specific areas and to include local artists to paint murals and keep graffiti from encompassing properties. Solely responsible for accounting the homeless encampments in the area and on property to then encourage those tenants of said encampments to move on.
