My qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering.My experience over ten years with SPX FLOW involved delivery of multi-million dollar projects in the food and beverage sector (dairy, brewery and other food products); including accountability for the role of project manager, project engineer, site installation supervisor, commissioning lead, and safety coordinator. This also involved actively working on multiple projects at once, solving problems over the full project lifecycle, meeting strict installation and commissioning timelines and QA requirements, and delivering projects with improved margins to increase company profits.As a process and project engineer I developed technical specifications and designs during project formation; integrated custom design solutions in to existing plant and processes; revised project scope and technical design to meet the needs of internal stakeholders; consulted with global experts or liaised with technical equipment suppliers to develop solutions for clients; and delivered comprehensive documentation packages and training when handing systems over to operations.My significant experience in workplace safety in the project environment included planning contractor installation activities, coordinating and streamlining multiple work fronts, and ensuring regulatory safety requirements were met.
