Working across IAG's 12,000 employees, the IAG Foundation is dedicated to servicing our three key stakeholder groups: Charities, IAG employees and the organisation.The IAG Foundation was able to provide more than $1m to charities in its inaugural year and grow workplace giving by 30% in just 8 months. We also delivered a number of leadership development programs with our charity partners that created exceptional outcomes for IAG and it's charity partners.

Completed a 12 month secondment within the Not-for-Profit Banking Specialists team within Corporate Financial Services. We work with the NFP sector to supply their banking needs and upskill the sector with information, offers, conferences and strategic support.

Group Advisory is an internal management consulting team that helps businesses across Commonwealth Bank develop and embed effective strategies and identify and implement operational improvements.We provide internal consulting services to business units across the Group on ‘early stage’ project initiatives. As a senior team member, lead client engagements and provide specialist advice on a range of strategic business matters. Highlights included:- Lead a major program for ASB in New Zealand to identify $130m of cost savings. Reporting to the CEO & CFO of the Bank, I managed across a large number of internal and external project teams to create an implementable program of work that would enable the business to improve its cost position while maintaining customer service and employee engagement.- Managed the identification of issues and submission to ASIC regarding the Commonwealth Financial Advisers breach for CBA. Facilitating the entire process, I was responsible for the development and execution of a complete risk profile review. Working across a large number of stakeholders, we were able to work with the business and the regulator to forge a positive outcome.
