Over the years, performing in various positions in IT, Manufacturing logistics and Supply Chain, I became a senior experienced manager, my mission being to motivate, encourage and develop people to create sustainable change and deep transformation. My responsibilities as a leader include strategic sourcing and logistics cost optimisation for the spare parts logistics activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Leading my teams to performance and continuous improvement, developping talents, seeking the most innovative ways to improve the product and services, optimising processes, as well as digitalizing for adding value for internal and external customers, are my main priorities.As a speaker, being passionate about supply chain, I can deliver insightful speeches about strategies to optimize costs, inventory management, S&OP, talent management, risk&vulnerabilities management, and also I can share various case studies from my profesional experience.
