Manages Avalara strategic partners across Avalara’s Avalara for Accounts product line for US and global partners. Assisted with the start up of the U.S. Region of the TransferMate Payables and Receivables of foreign exchange transfer solutions. Assisted new partners with the API integration to TransferMate's system and solutions. Worked with new partners on developing a roadmap for their integration as well and hitting foreign exchange minimums including laying ground work for their clients to be efficiently onboarded. • Defined and scoped the partner product need. Coordinated and liaise between the partner and internal teams to help integrate the partners platform with the TransferMate platform through APIs. • Held scheduled check in and workshop calls with the partner and internal subject matter experts. • Defined Partner to client workflows and technical and payment/receivable flows. • Prepared various documents, test scenarios and validates readiness prior to signing off a partner before they are ready for their live environment.
