Performing a wide range of PCB Layouts for various industries and applications.

Managed and trained a 4-6 person team of highly skilled PCB Layout Designers. Personally contributed to 100 layouts per year working in Mentor, Cadence, and Altium. Aerospace, industrial, commercial, medical, and test applications of all kinds.

Instructing a 2 semester course on PCB Layout Design.

Responsible for schematic capture and PCB layout of RFIC characterization/evaluation boards, test boards, and reference design boards. Substrate design for flip-chip and CSP devices. Supporting RF Design, Applications Engineering, and Product Testing.

Responsible for managing team of 9 Layout Engineers, and producing individual layouts. As well as coordinating turnkey manufacturing projects from design/layout through final assemblies. General technical and engineering support.

Worked in a team responsible for schedule and quality of projects from the intial design stage through delivery. Coordinated the design efforts of outside and internal engineers while at the same time providing both engineering, tech and CAD support. Duties included researching components, drafting schematics and mechanical diagrams, PCB design and layout, assisting in electromechanical design, initiating and coordinating oustide manufacturing of PCB assemblies, test and debug of electronic systems, quality assurance and final packaging of consumer electronics.
