Daniel Enslen began his appraisal career in 2006 with Realvest in Montgomery, Alabama. Daniel assisted two certified general commercial appraisers with MAI designations on a variety of appraisal reports gaining knowledge and experience appraising commercial and residential properties. Daniel became a licensed trainee in 2008 and later received his certified general license in 2011 while working with Realvest.Daniel relocated to Colorado in August 2014 to further his appraisal career and was able to gain expertise in the Boulder, Denver, and surrounding market areas while working for the Butler Burgher Group and Integra Realty Resources in Denver, Colorado from 2014-2015. Daniel began working for the City & County of Broomfield in October 2015 as an Appraiser III, which gave him ad valorem experience handling tax appeals, abatements, and valuations. Daniel also gained experience in mass appraisal valuations and knowledge of many commercial and residential markets across the state of Colorado while working at Broomfield. Daniel's commercial work began in Alabama in 2006 as an assistant with Realvest Appraisal Services and continued into Colorado covering a wide variety of property types such as retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential, single-family residential, institutional, specialty-use, subdivisions, developmental land tracts, and agricultural land tracts. Daniel transitioned to residential appraisal work in 2018 and has focused on Boulder, Denver, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Golden, Evergreen, Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Vail Valley, Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and other surrounding market areas within Colorado. He currently specializes in complex appraisal reports consisting of atypical property types, luxury homes, mountain properties, rural properties, new construction projects, renovation projects, and small multi-family developments.
