I am an electrical engineering student at the University of Maryland, graduating in December 2018. In the summer of 2018 I worked at Motorola Solutions as a systems engineering intern for the post-sale team of the state and local division. There I assisted systems engineers doing a variety of work for the realization of county-wide public safety radio systems. Principally, I participated in design reviews for an upgrade and extension of Anne Arundel county's P25 simulcast system, and the design of a radio management system. My work at Motorola included radio and microwave frequency systems, IP networks, and client/server systems. In the summer of 2017 I worked at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products as an engineering intern in the Substation Division. There, I developed an automated data analysis, visualization, and alerting system. I know several programming languages to varying degrees of proficiency. I am most skilled with Python, Matlab, and C, and have been exposed to object-oriented programming and R. I also have some experience implementing digital logic on FPGAs, and simulating computer systems using Verilog.
