• Shaped the long-term strategy and roadmap for the application, creating a product vision and obtaining stakeholder buy in to invest and execute the aforementioned strategy
• Reshaped the application’s strategy for connecting with end users to understand their needs, allowing us to directly understand customer’s experiences and eliminating 2 layers of separation between product and end user
• Built dashboards and did data analysis alongside main job to push the team to make more data driven decisions and properly understand the impact of the work delivered as well as product feature success and monitoring
