I recently started a new remote position with NAVFAC HQTR's. I am assigned to the Command Analytics Office. I will be performing several different program analysis activities. I am so glad I left DCMA Special Programs West, I almost retired just to get away from that place. I was involved in facilitating Lean Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement activities within our aircraft overhaul facility processes. I also provided classroom training and mentoring for entry level Green and Yellow Belt process improvement practitioners.

I was involved in performing Quality Assurance Surveillance (QAS), activities to large and small contracts aboard the base. I led many teams performing QAS activities to many of the large construction projects thru out the base (250-300 room bachelor enlisted quarters, 4-6 bldg compasses, and several large projects of this magnitude). I also performed QAS activities to internal government employee services and products (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, high voltage).
