CurrentOperational and Financial Management of NewCold ANZ Warehousing Operations with responsibility for Warehousing network across 2 sites with 320,000 pallet storage in highly automated environment, operating as 3PL National DC for 7 major Multinational customers covering Frozen Vegetables, Ice-cream, Bakery and Dairy market segments;- Leading team across Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, IT, Customer Implementation, Procurement functions - 340 total employees and up to 500 FTE at peak- Relationship management with major customers with focus on Month-to-Month service delivery and revenue streams - primary responsibility for monthly P&L delivery- Lead Operations function through start up for 2 new warehouses with 120,000 pallet capacity - 2 new customers and 2 existing customers. Major scale up of business revenue - 70% increase over 3 years- In conjunction with commercial and development teams, development of business cases and approval for additional 80000 pallet space Melbourne extension and 100000 pallet space new facility in Sydney - completion due in 2026- Improved TRIFR Safety performance by 35%, achieving ISO45000 certification and BRC AA+- Completion of 2 major EBA negotiations without industrial action, at same time as major Industrial Action at retailers
