As a Project Manager / Learning Strategist my responsibility entails identifying the skills, knowledge and information gaps of our client's target audience with the aim of creating, suggesting and selecting digital learning solutions that close the gap, based on instructional design theory and best practices.In depth overview of duties and responsibilities:Project Management:• Attend client meetings to discuss needs and ideas• Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders• Provide advice to clients on options, ideas and concepts• Keep client updated on the status of projects• Chase feedback and approvals from clients• Communicate changes received from Client to the team• Educate clients on how our pricing and processes work and accommodate their budget• Drawing up quotes as per client requests• Quality checking of storyboards and videos before sending to clients• Communicate all changes regarding quotes with clients at all times.Content Creation:• Conduct a needs analysis to determine the requirements of the client or target audience• Collaborate with SME’s to understand the needs of the target audience• Generate learning outcomes• Develop a course outline and storyboard• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content• Assist copy writers with reviewing and writing scripts• Create effective assessments• Stay up to date with current trends• Digital learning instructional design principles and theories• Collaborate with team to ensure projects are delivered.• Commit to sprint goals and communicate roadblocks.• Up-skill and support SME’s on standards and guidelines to facilitate the creation of high-quality digital learning content where appropriate, especially regarding video filming and storyboarding.Administrative Duties:• Documentation is up to date• Assist with monthly reporting• Keeping project tracking Gantts up to date

I received my Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase and Further Education and Training Phase on A full bursary receiving distinctions throughout the 4 year degree. As a High School Educator, I was Head of Department for CAT (Grade 10-12) and a class teacher for Math's (Grade 8-9) and Natural Science (Grade 8-9).
