The company were consultants that worked on the most recent version of the House of Representatives' Petroleum Industry Bill (2018).As Senior Economist/Facilitator, I worked with members of the relevant Committees of the House of Representatives on behalf of Lapin Reform to drive the process. I was also responsible for coordinating with external consultants retained for the project. I oversaw activities for the first of its kind 3-day Summit on Petroleum Industry Bill that was attended by industry stakeholders.I oversaw the activities in support of the Summit such as drafting publicity materials for use by the media department, contributing to the draft communique after the Summit, and contributing to the reports and the result draft Petroleum Industry Bills for the House of Representatives

I led Harmony Link Investments Nigeria Limited (one-time owners of the biggest bakery and confectionery company by production size in Abuja) to strategically divest from the foods and confectioneries sector, where margins were thinning. We went through a period of disruptive change due to rising prices of ingredients, competitive pressures, and a demolition of our main plant.I oversaw an entry into the real estate sector, growing the portfolio to over $21m in three years.

Working with Capita's outsource team on a pension project, I was responsible for validation of pension data and correspondence with sales personnel to ensure prompt delivery of policies to policy holders. I was also responsible for compiling periodic reports on existing and new business for management.

At this time, Harmony Link Investments were the owners of Harmony Confectioneries, a food and catering business and owners of the biggest bakeries by market share in Abuja.I was in charge of marketing during a rapid expansion phase of the business. I developed a customer relationship management protocol which was made a part of the onboarding process for new staff. My teams' efforts led to a 25% growth in sales.
