Assist customers with all of their shopping needs. This Includes assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of merchandise. Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks.

Wash and Dry glass surfaces on the insides and outsides of buildingsIn addition to windows, they often wash glass partitions, mirrors and any other glass surfaces. Window washers use brushes, sponges, wet cloths, extension poles and apply soapy water or other cleaning solutions to the surfaces.Dry surfaces with glass, cloth, chamois or squeegee.

While direct supervision is not assigned to this position, job responsibilities include providing functional guidance to Crew Members, including assignment delegation, instruction, and follow-through. Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of management, but does not have the authority to hire, discipline or fire employees.
