Develop and improve day to day operations and focus to achieve success of the organization.My belief is as a VP you have to make sure all the individuals and department have to work together in order to grow and be successful, there for you be the leader in your industry. With these principals in the past 6 years as an American that was new to LATAM region I was able to acomplish alot .I am always open to new ideas and welcome any member of my team to contribute ideas in order to grow and take the challenge to the next level.Nothing is easy but at the same time its not impossible. Work and be focused , thats the recipe to success.
