My current role is section supervisor for Network Rail based out of Stonebridge Park London. Its an extremely challenging and busy location. This is my first step up into management, and hoping to use it a learning curve to keep on moving forward in my career on the railway. I try to approach life with the same attitude I do work. We can always do a little better, and approach any task with a do it right first time mentality and attitude.Im also a trained railway welder, passed out in MIG welding and other various welding procedures used on the railwayI feel very fortunate to have this experience because I believe in great attention to detail and and with high standards of expectation. This mindset I am hoping will carry me well in to my future career in to management and engineering. This year I am going so start my journey into railway engineering hopefully leading on to a masters degree in time.
