Having spent over 15 years in the Private Rented Sector working in various positions, my unique insight into the relationships formed between all the relevant stakeholders has given me a chance to develop a business which reflects both my personal expectations of excellence and at the same time meets the needs of our clients on a daily basis.My passion for inventories has propelled me to the Board of The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks where in collaboration with the other board members we are currently working on promoting independent inventories and increasing awareness of the importance of professional produced reports which meet the needs of everyone involved in the rental process.I'm always keen to hear from people who have views on the role of inventories or external suppliers in general and my current focus is on liaising with industry stakeholders to ensure that I'm perfectly placed to partner with people to navigate the troublesome waters the industry is facing going into the remainder of 2019
