 Manage effectively the largest supplier to Domino UK Limited Dealing with 3rd party freight and finding ways to save cost, tracking shipments from Origin to destination,  I manage 40% of Domino UK £61 mil spend, of which 25% of that is with one supplier. Out of the top 4 suppliers (based on spend) I manage 2 of them effectively and professionally (4 Million Pound spend between them) – with communication by phone or email or with regular Business Reviews at supplier or in Domino,  Analyse areas of weakness in the supply chain and find ways to improve or mitigate risk. Manage many multinational and far eastern accounts, without affecting the daily business. Understands and manages long lead-time parts, and I am deemed an expert in this field within my peer group. Fully trained with the use of Oracle (ERP) and ASCP suite (Advanced Supply Chain Planning).  Championed the roll out of i-Supplier with my suppliers.
