• Coordinate and plan daily field operations on cargo discharge and stuffing• Compile field information and elaborate daily Stock and Operations report to individual clients• Receive and attend to clients packing and loading instructions• Arrange Transit clearance documents for clients inbound cargo Rail and Road• Coordinate client’s rail cargo discharge operations and elaborate detailed Statement of Facts • Liaise with Shipping lines regarding documents and information on documents compliance for the shipment loadings• Supervise and provide punctual on time live updates to clients communication channels• Conduct and elaborate reports on clients frequent physical stock counts• Compile and Elaborate Internal Department monthly reports in terms of statistics and operation performance

• Arrange to receive and organise the necessary ocean and air shipment pre arrival documents• Sort and submit shipment documents for local and transit shipments to the relevant entities such as Customs, Port and Shipping Lines for the loading arrangements• Planning and coordinate loading operations from port and terminals • Liaise and procure for transport and handling service providers • Provide constant and accurate progress reports to clients• Supervise and certify branch financial activities such as Costs Planning, Funds requests, Job invoicing and reports• Attend to spot shipments quote requestsEnsure that branch reaches satisfactory performance as per company SOP

Duties Include :• Elaborate Daily control list of admitted Patients • Supervise Outpatients procedures performed• Update In Patients admission accounts • Request additional funds for the patients with individual accounts• Close In Patients accounts on the act of hospital discharge• Elaborate expense prediction based on Medical information of the In Patients• Request authorization for special procedures to the Health Insurers• Provide weekly reports on the Patients Account Management team performance • Present new work procedures and tasks for team effectiveness improvement

Duties Include:• Supervise the Exports and Documentation Department• Provide regular reports on the Market performance and also the current clients expectations in terms of required services and Freight Rates also negotiate with clients by reaching beneficial rates for both sides

Duties Include:• Issue and Supply to the relevant Authorities all the Documentation for the vessel’s pre arrival procedures• Coordinate with the Line’s Vessels Planners in Sorrento for the Vessel’s stowage plans elaboration by sending regular detailed reports of available cargo through the Line’s software system • Provide assistance for Crew exchange as in for all the documentation for Crew Sign in and Sign off including all the repatriation procedures
