I started at Flowtech Water Solutions part time out of college while continuing with my BTEC Level 3 working on Computed-Aided-Design. I have also worked on background website construction during this time. I moved into full time employment solely managing the new warehouse which entailed product organisation and logistics while continuing with my previous CAD role.This evolved into also being a part of the Manufacturing Team.I eventually took over the role of Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Flowtech in charge of assembly/wiring, test procedures and quality control of our Booster Sets.I worked my way up into a role in the Service Department as a Field Pump Sevice Engineer which is my current position ensuring all equipment (Booster sets/Pressurisation Units/Circulators) on site are Commissioned and Serviced to a high standard and ensuring customer relations are kept intact along the way.Flowtech has now been procured by Dutypoint. I look forward to seeing the benefits and challenges this amalgamation brings to my role in the future.I thoroughly enjoy my position, educating myself further and proving my worth. I hope I am a major asset to the pumping community through all aspects of Suppliers, Customers and End Users.
