Responsible for the training and development of Team Rubicon's volunteer's disaster response skills related to damage assessment, and building relationships and partnerships with emergency management agencies and officials in a wide variety of environments and situations.

Team Rubicon is a veteran-led, volunteer-based disaster response organization that takes the skills of military veterans, first responders, and civilians and deploys them to disasters around the globe to help people on their worst day. All of our services are at no cost.-Served in the role of Operations Section Chief for a type IV international disaster response mission after the affected communities were struck by a rare weather event. In this role I was responsible for all boots on ground over the course of the operation, oversaw 50+ persons. Responsible for coordination of all resources and recovery efforts from Team Rubicon volunteers to city Department of Public Works and communicating with local emergency managers, officials and the media.-Served as a disaster response volunteer to Mayfield, KY, USA in January 2022 after the community was struck by one of the most devastating tornadoes in US historyTeam Rubicon has and continues to provide me with training opportunities related to disaster response, recovery, mitigation, and planning.
