As the owner/operator of Policy Solutions Inc, I provided IT project management and business strategy consulting services for large scale government projects, mainly for the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces.I led several transformative projects, including a $50 million business transformation for the Air Force’s fuels business, retiring 50 software applications and replacing them with a common shared service application using ERP’s. This project received the Deputy Minister/Chief of Defence Staff award for project innovation. Other notable projects include a strategic plan for the Military Engineering Branch on the Canadian Forces and a transformation research project on military-civilian department interactions for the Vice Chief of Defence Staff.
