Sales and Higher Education Strategy- Engage in Client Level strategic discussions and presentations, leveraging client challenges and goals and translating into services and solutions - Develop strategies and positioning for Hobsons’ technology solutions including go-to-market strategy for new product offerings and partnerships- Manage functional and technical response to sales proposals including determining bid/no bid decision.- Provide team training to improve and evaluate competitorsManagement and Training- Day to day management of a successful Consulting team driven by knowledge sharing and best practice - Lead the Consulting team to provide outstanding implementations and consultancy sessions - Participate in strategic teams responsible for go to market strategy for Hobsons’ technology suiteProduct Management- Assist in developing business cases to help drive product direction, sunset, and acquisitions- Contribute feedback and industry specific guidance to the product roadmapIndividual Contribution- Deliver customized sales presentations and demonstrations to more than 100 clients per year- Participate and Present at global industry conferences- Regular speaker at sector conferences promoting best practice CRM and Admissions procedures - Deliver sales webinars and best practices to prospective and existing clients Higher Education Technology Consulting- Deliver professional consulting services to assess CRM and application potential and optimise potential improvements. - Deliver strategic improvements to 'as is' business processes to both Marketing/Recruitment and Admissions teams across the EMEA region- Provide internal support and higher education market education based on the knowledge I have gained over the past 15+ years in the sector
