I am a senior level project-leader with 10 years of programme management and leadership experience within large retail organisations both domestically and internationally. In my current role as senior manager – I head up a team of project managers and analysts as part of a multichannel programmes team with responsibility for an overall programme budget of £1mill+.Key Skills & Achievements• I am a confident communicator, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply, influence others and build relationships with multiple stakeholders. • I have experience of managing programmes of activity across all major departments of a FMCG/retail business, these include eCommerce, logistics, regulatory, HR/people, stores and IT as well as operational experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.• My key achievements include building and leading a team of project managers to deliver multiple key programmes of work which have helped to grow the Holland and Barrett business both here and abroad. This includes leading the launch of a subscriptions programme (providing £10mill in annual incremental sales), launching a same-day fulfilment from store programme (£2mill in annual incremental sales), designing and building a ‘pick-from-store’ solution to enable an increase in the fulfilment of eCommerce orders and the successful delivery of multiple projects to optimise the multichannel customer journey.• I was responsible for the successful design and implementation of multiple eCommerce solutions within the ALDI business internationally (Austria/Germany) as part of a £500mill business transformation programme.• While working for the Co-operative Food I successfully lead a project team through the successful delivery of multiple new logistics/WMS/transport solutions and the design and roll-out of the accompanying business processes for a new 480,000 sq. ft £22mill new logistics site and 600+ staff.
