For the past 18 yrs. I have had extensive experience in the retail/commercial and residential real estate world. Spanning both West and East coasts, I got my start managing the operations and finance departments for assets worth over $500 Million in San Diego, LA and San Francisco. After relocating to NYC, I took over the operation and sales team at 70 Washington in Brooklyn, NY. (for Two Trees Management Co.) I also successfully helped lease out and manage The Mercedes House, the flagship building for Two Trees Management, located in Midtown Manhattan, NY. This $400 Million asset boasted 30,000 sq. feet of amenity space with 702 luxurious apartments in total. Setting my sights on the Upper East side luxury community, I then went on to manage and operate Hanley New York, a $300 million 5 star mixed use luxurious apartment building with average rents of $10,000 a month. In addition to Hanley I was also managing 360 Broadway a beautiful $60 million pre-war loft project located in the heart of Tribeca, NY. with 4 retail regional brand stores on the street level.
