In the 8 months working for The Wine Group, initially started with cold calling potential customers/clients in initially presenting our product. Quickly became an account manager in which I was responsible to be the primary point of contact and build long term relationships with clients and customers. Was also responsible for timely soloutions according to the customers needs. Another big responsibility was monitoring and analyzing clients usage of our product and ensuring they were being looked after. Being mainly an outbound Call Centre did develop a strong confidence and ability to comfortably lead a conversation over the phone.

Worked as a Retail Food and Beverage attended casually during the final 4 years of my schooling, initially starting in Food Outlets at Marvel Stadium, Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Arena, as well as working 4 Australian Opens at Melbourne Park. Once turning 18 I shifted into a Bar Managers position being responsible for managing and operating a bar at events such as sporting events, concerts, shows etc. In this job I was responsible for managing staff, manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control, analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning, ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety was met, responding to customer complaints and comments in the best possible manner, provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity during service.
