I was responsible for managing the team, both in the store and in the Post Office, to ensure smooth operation of the business on a day-to-day basis. My daily back-office duties included staff scheduling, payroll, admin, stock ordering, customer complaints & enquiries, and more.

During my time in this position, I was at the heart of customer service and sales. I oversaw all of the business’s social media channels, event planning, as well as production and copywriting of B2C marketing content for online & in-store display.

As a student ambassador, I was employed on a pay-per-post model. My duty was to promote the qualities and ongoing events at the university, as well as the student lifestyle, on both my and the university's social media channels.
