- Review contracts between sales representatives and other companies to ensure the correct payments are being received and sent to accounting.- Check in to make sure sales representatives are actively interacting with companies to ensure they are going to pay or why they may not.- Conduct Advisory Report meetings to get the team on the same page.

- Ensure that cabanas are clean, well-stocked, and organized, including refreshing towels, managing supplies, and maintaining a neat appearance.- Provide exceptional service to guests in lockers by greeting them warmly, attending to their needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.- Address any special requests or needs from guests, such as arranging for additional amenities, making reservations, or providing information about the resort or local area.

- Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers’ homes or businesses in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet quality standards.- Greet customers warmly, handle payments, and address any questions or concerns they may have about their order.- Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
