On Premise Channel Manager

Managed a twelve person On Premise Team incorporating all administrative, sales, delivery, quality assurance, and special event duties for one of Southwest Virginia’s largest and most respected wholesalers, working with over 140 suppliers including beer, cider, wine, non-alcohol, and energy drink commodities. The team provides sales support and delivery service for over 400 retailers located in thirteen counties. Our market includes the Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake, and Martinsville areas as well as the New River Valley, including college markets surrounding Roanoke College, Radford University, and Virginia Tech University.• Administer all payroll, budgeting, and expenses for the On Premise Channel. Responsible for tracking and reporting on all On Premise sales, bonus programs, incentives, market surveys, and quality assurance auditing.• Supervise all supplier interaction in the On Premise market including implementation of supplier sales goals, scheduling and execution of supplier representative “work with” schedules and ensuring market penetration for each of our suppliers across all commodities.• Direct all On Premise chain account management, area sports and entertainment arena support, and all special event planning and execution.• Manage all On Premise delivery routing and coordinate draft deliveries with the delivery management team.• Led the On Premise Sales Team to record sales growth including an 11% increase in beer sales and a 69% increase in craft beer over the past two years ending December 2018. Oversaw a 21% increase in special event sales and a 35% increase in On Premise Red Bull sales for 2018.• Manage the On Premise draft technician team to provide line cleaning services, basic repairs, and draft system installation projects for over 270 draft beer accounts.
