In my current role i am responsible for the day to day oversight and operation of a Drug and Alcohol testing provider and manage a consortium for US DOT regulated employers. Managing the day to day day operations has me in a multi purpose role where i track and manage testing results, relay information from MRO Service to clients in a timely manner. Engaging with third party providers to enhance out service offering to mutually benefit our organizations. The best part if my job is the interactions i get to have with clients, be it answering a simple question, or provide guidance how to successfully manage a program. Growing upon my previous knowledge. This employer has given me opportunity to broaden my horizons and gain valuable knowledge that i can use in my day to day work to assist companies. After learning this, and being involved in many high level conversations, i gained valuable and practical knowledge to assist companies in updating their testing requirements for non-dot drug and alcohol testing programs.
