As a free agent to the Retail Design industry I work with my clients to develop and deploy new and ongoing retail initiatives for their customers. I collaborate with a clients Architect, Agency, Marketer, Brand Manager, Properties Manager, you name it. My goal is to discover retail opportunities and create solutions that get to the heart of the brand.

As Creative Director I manage our multi-disciplined team of designers with an emphasis on the collaborative path to solving design challenges. With a bird’s eye view of every project, I am charged with helping demystify and navigate the creative process for clients and partners from concept to turnkey moment.

Create new Strategy and Merchandising arm for SterlingATM, a leading Designer/Manufacturer of ATM surrounds to grow business beyond existing markets. Design and develop standardized merchandising component systems for manufacture at Salt Lake headquarters for national distribution and installation.Create custom-designed merchandising environments, fixtures, environmental graphics, point of sale and ATM surrounds for existing clients while growing new client base.Oversight & creation of a new brand platform for SterlingATM Develop “Retail” brand: Build new brand platform, identity, strategy, web presence standards and documentation.Grow client base for Sterling using ATM referrals and lead generation through social media and traditional outlets.Work with ATM development team to increase efficiency by reorganizing processes, procedures, design methodology and documentation.
