I hold an honours degree in Business with Law, achieving a 2.1. During my 4 years of college, I obtained a Higher Certificate (Level 6), Bachelor of Honours (Ordinary) and a Bachelor of Business (Honours) all in Business with Law. Throughout the course I studied various aspects of Business such as Marketing, Human Resource and Strategic management, Taxation & Finance. I also covered various areas of Business & Commercial law. As well as studying for my degree, I was a member of the Paddy Power Customer & Social Media support team for over 5 years. During this time, I developed a a great understanding of what it takes to have a successful presence on Social Media. I also developed a strong customer focus from working within the department. I have since moved from the Customer Support department into Online Marketing Operations taking up a role as an Online Media Executive.
