Hosting, hiring and general operations of the Savage Training Group.

Developed first formal mentoring program and succession planning team. Currently, team lead of Mentoring team and in charge of Hiring and Retention programs.

Current and past use of force trainer for all level of use of force. Firearms, ECD, Chemical Agents, Less than lethal, Baton and impact weapons, Defensive Tactics, Arrest and Control, Noise Flash Diversionary Devices, Officer Safety, and 1st degree Black belt in Kuk Sul, and four year student of Silat.

Developed County response protocols and lock down training for all schools within Santa Cruz City and County Office of Education. Consultation with private companies, churches, and municipal government facilities. Trained by NTOA, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, CTOA, Security Service Intl., and Unified Response/command. Currently developing Unified Command training and Rescue Task Force curriculum for Santa Cruz County.

Instrumental in creating and forming first tactical team at department. Through collaborative work with Lt. Christian Lemoss (then team leader) and instruction from NTOA and FTF Tactics, formulated policy, standard operating procedures, team formulation, and training curriculum. Team successfully completed numerous high risk operations and became lead team in Santa Cruz County. Thanks to San Jose PD Merge, LASO, NTOA, and CATO for assisting in making this a professional, operational, and competent team.
