Daniel brings a mission- and results-oriented approach to each transaction he manages. His dedication to clients, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for real estate development are key motivations for his approach to the practice of law.Since studying Urban Studies at college, he has remained fascinated by real estate development and has pursued opportunities that have kept him actively involved in the field. He previously worked as in-house Counsel to a housing developer dedicated to building sustainable affordable housing in communities throughout the country. As Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund, he played a crucial role in the relaunch of a federal housing program designed to support our nation’s housing developers and to finance affordable housing and economic development nationwide.Daniel earned his B.A. from Columbia University, Columbia College and his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, & the Law, and as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and he is a member of The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Washington, D.C. (APABA-DC).
