• Support SCB Countries (SG, BN, MY, PH, TW, ID & HK) Card business by providing 24 hours world class Card Authorization services to their Visa and MasterCard Merchants and cardholders.• Handling SCB Countries (SG, MY & HK) after office hours support by reviewing Debit Fraud Detection System and fraud transaction alerts and initiate the transaction confirmation call to cardholders and blocking when necessary. • Provide 24hours Card Fraud detection support for SCB countries (SG, BN, MY, PH, TH, TW, IN, ID & HK) by reviewing the suspicious cases triggered by Falcon Detection System and initiate the transaction confirmation outbound calls to cardholders and blocking when necessary. Acquired multiple languages capability to enable communication with different countries customers.

Malaysia

Duties:• Ensure average SLA above 85% in 20 second and Abandon call rate below 3%• Handling All Singapore customer(Priority banking line, Preferred banking and handle outbound call/Escalation call/Complaint call)• To support coaching for staff improvement and regular floor briefing support • Ad-hoc requirement follow up cases, call back, fulfillment etc work closely with team member.
