Also leading business development at Atlantic Therapeutics, working with a network of experienced partners as we bring the benefits of INNOVO to consumers and healthcare professionals around the globe.

Overall responsibility for coordination of all activities regarding the development, marketing and sale of INNOVO.INNOVO is a unique, externally applied, patented CE device that delivers a safe, clinically effective and comfortable therapy to treat reversible clinical conditions associated with pelvic floor weakness in the comfort of the user’s own home.

As Atlantic Therapeutics became established as a separate entity from BMR, my role as Women's Health Co-Ordinator expanded to involve all aspects of the business with a primary focus on communicating a clear vision of the INNOVO product, identifying a clear definition of the product based on disciplined analysis of the market and customer needs and coordinating an effective commercialisation plan.

As the Women's Health Business Co-ordinator I am heavily involved in the ongoing establishment of a dedicated women's health and urology division within BMR. Representing a new departure for the company, this division will focus on bringing proven female and urological rehabilitative health solutions to market in both the medical and consumer channels. In this exciting and dynamic role, I have responsibilities across a number of business functions, including marketing, operations, commercial, financial and customer fulfilment. Currently, I am acting as Project Manager for the development and launch of a consumer-orientated device for the treatment of urinary incontinence.

Currently developing this newly created role within BMR, which involves completing an independent audit of monthly revenue projections as provided by business unit, against budget or as appropriate reforecast. Other areas inclide Identifying and monitoring key programmes-projects with the potential to significantly impact both short and medium term revenue projections and providing qualified input (written summary of potential impact – weighted projection) on such programmes-projects to operations/supply chain, finance and business unit teams prior to formal submission of revenue projections.

In this multi-faceted role I am involved in all aspects of market research, development and communication for Irish, UK and international markets. I aim to deliver on personal, divisional and group objectives, communicating clear, concise information about our pioneering rehabilitative health technologies to clinicians, industry leaders and end users.

As a sales representative for this growing advertising paper, my role here involved lead generation and qualification, sales development and relationship building. During my time with this company the profile of the publication grew significantly, and I gained a valuable insight into selling in a competitive environment.

In the highly pressurized environment of the Emergency Department, my position involved the registration of patients and administration of records throughout their time in the ED, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a role that demanded excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
