Daniel has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2001. Daniel has also carried out construction project and programme management and has overseen the delivery of capital programmes of circa £35m+ per annum. He also took a lead role in the programme management and financial reporting for a £100m programme to improve 36 schools in Norfolk. As Operations Director, Daniel oversees a team of 110 property professionals turning over in excess of £9m delivering a comprehensive and flexible range of property services, tailored to meet the needs of both public and private sector clients across the South East region of the UK.The team can deliver the full range of property and estate related consultancy and management services for Clients including Architecture, Building Surveying, Asset and Estate Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, Landscape Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Project Management, CDMC, COW Services, Quantity Surveying and Procurement.
