Supervises and coordinates the work on remediation projects including equipment assembly and installation, system startup, equipment operations and maintenance, and waste transportation and disposal services. Mr. Forester provides supervision, technical direction, and guidance to all field personnel; assists in the development of budgetary and detailed engineering and construction cost estimates; and provides technical review, technical guidance and, physical guidance on engineering, design, and construction projects. In addition, he reviews proposals and qualification statements before implementation. Along with implemented corrective action plans at RCRA and CERCLA sites.
