Throughout my professional life, I have worked with sales, marketing and communication. As Brand manager at Electrolux, I conducted many really successful campaigns and positions of brands. But I've also done some really bad campaigns. With that experience and the goal of creating an agency that understands the need for campaign implementation in each cell within the sales organization, I created Think Happy Thoughts.I have since the start in 2006 focused on organizations that are in a growth phase, and where the importance of a communication based on thorough analysis and strategy has become clear.Today I work primarily with helping companies find the right position, strategy and action plan linked to the ever-evolving customer journey (CX). Curiosity about new industries and the conviction that good communication makes a nobody to somebody extra ordinary makes every day an adventure.
